I went to Cuba for a month and didn't see any of these sandwiches lol.
Please dont feed birds bread it provides birds with zero nutrition it does more harm than good its a proven fact so dont do it unless you like slowly killing birds
Real Cubans aren't made with mayo. And the pork has to be marinaded in mojo. That's just an offshoot of the real thing

Chef John.i read your blog post about the stale-fresh cubans.Think the fresh one are more soft and airy than the stale ones that are more bready.
