Imagine the health people would have, if they all had this kind of quality food everyday. Food that we eat is cheap and quickly made. Reason is because we don’t have enough money to buy those kind of ingredients and that is the case in most part of every single lowly paid employe. Everyone has some chronic disease. The reason why people are so sick these days is low quality food and that is a fact. Old saying is so spot on:” You are what you eat”.

Love this recipe but it is missing the most important topping for the steak. THE CHEESE. When I think of a steak sandwich I think of cheese on it. Not Philly cheese steak type, but gotta sprinkle something on there.

I cooked it today but with pork tenderloin. It was pretty good. Even one of kid who is very picky, ate 2 sandwiches. It is a keeper.
