    I made this with some Eggplant Parmesan as a side, but I'm pretty sure that I got the wrong kind of olive oil and burrata. The burrata didn't have a taste to it and the oil was more like olive grease. :/

    What's AMAZING in salads like these is balsamic vinegar GLAZE, its more of a syrup and clings to whatever you pour it on so it wont all leak out while your eating the tomatoes like normal vinegar will.

    My burrata was very wet, and it watered down my dressing. It was still great flavor, and i had leftover dressing and more tomatoes so i made it again the following day but i squeezed out the excess water with a towel and it was perfect. Ring iut your burrata!

    Would buffalo mozzarella work for this instead of normal mozzarella? Wasn't the original made with buffalo mozzarella? I know were I'm from buffalo mozzarella is hard to come by, but it is so much better than the normal mozzarella.
