God, Dustin almost made me cry, he was so disappointed in himself, apologizing if he let anyone down. I mean, come on dude, look it who you were up against, nobody has ever been able to even hurt him or make him bleed, much less beat him. At least give yourself some credit for the attempt because I know other fighters have flat out refused to fight Khabib because they knew they were gonna get mauled.
I think Khabib really does have some kind of favor with God. I can't explain it but the first time I saw him say, "Alhumduli" in the build up for his fight with Conor, I just knew that he had God's hand on him and he was going to win, for sure. This was right after seeing Conor commit an open blasphemy, publicly, at a press conference, comparing himself to a god, it was shocking. Whatever divine blessing he might have had helping him along his journey, I think, left him in that very moment. Khabib completely changed all the assumptions I used to have about the Muslim religion because you can see, very obviously, that Khabib is a man who has the hand of God with him and on his side.
