I think Colby's Chin is the unsung hero of that fight.. It sacrificed itself like an electrical fuse, breaking in order to prevent all the lights to go out.. .. Also it protects Colby from talking too much afterwards.. A win win for everyone..
I actually dig both these guys. I know Colby gets a lot of hate because he supports Trump , but so do I , as do many others. The hate he gets reminds me of what happens in Hollywood. Anyways…..I didn't care who won , just wanted to see a good fight , and that's what we got.

I hope now they make Woodley v Colby & Masvidal v Leon… assuming Colby and Masvidal win, we have an awesome fight after for the no. 1 contender. Usman can take a break for now. He is lame anyway. no one cares about Marty.

I think, they were only right about the number of rounds. They were wrong about everything else. There was no wrestling. Covington’s stamina was not just neutralized, but surpassed by Usman’s. They talk about Covington’s stamina, and ignore Covington’s stamina even while they’ve seen all of his fights. They pretend that only Usman is angry and would potentially fight recklessly, yet Covington is carrying the weight of all of Trump’s American on his back but expected to be the one fighting with a cool head! It sounds like predictable bias. And every talking head show said the same thing. It’s great that they were all exposed. Now maybe people can take their “analysis” with a massive grain of salt.
When your analysis is total crap
Cry baby Covington met his match and just gave up! Usman thanks for making us proud. No amount of tricks by Covington could break you….you never relented when you were poked in the eye. You're indeed a true champion
The analysis leading up to this fight was fascinating. Dan Hardy focused hard on how much wrestling would play a factor in this fight and yet the whole thing was fought on the feet. I would love to see if wrestling is utilized in a rematch which I would LOVE to watch!
Hopefully we can get this setup again with John Gooden and Dan Hardy in the studio with the touchscreen once everything with the coronavirus is over.
