It is weird how readily everyone assumes that this was Yoel's last chance to get R1. He is still a top contender in that division and his latest fights were very close, including the fight vs Adesanya, had that 1st round counter landed a bit differently it would've been a KO.. I think Yoel can still make the adjustments (wrestle..) and get it done, he takes little damage in his fights so i think he got the health to do it.
I actually liked the fight with Adesanya and Romero, I know people like to see a lot of action but it was a perfect smart match.

Yoel blasted his face couple of times , Yoel tried to get close, Yoel walked towards him, Yoel took him down twice, the only thing that this clown adesanya did was to stay away and throw leg kicks at distance, that’s a coward way of fighting, not smart . Dana white is very sneaky, Romero is near retirement and adesanya has still a lot of fights in him cause he’s 30, that means money for Dana, hence he’s talking shit of Yoel Romero the true Champ of that fight. It's okay to defend the whole game like Yoel did. U r just a boring ass fighter and Izzy didn't do much either becoz he was scared of the counter.
