All of the fights Israel had before this one he was the bigger man and bully. He loved to gloat about it and rub it in everyone's face. 10:30 to 10:45 this is a extremely bad take I respect Izzy he’s a great fighter and y’all can or gonna say “I’m hating on him” but no I’m not, how are you going to say ‘Some fighters have trust funds, they make money outside of the UFC’ that is true I’m assuming 80-90% have other sources of income but that whole trust fund shit is not true at all at the very least 50% fight because they’re struggling and the UFC is most fighters main source of income yes he was sticking up for a teammate but 90% of a fighters purse for missing 1-3 lbs is not gonna change the entire outcome of a fight if anything that favors the fighter who made weight dude is talking like fighters miss weight intentionally but why would they if they already lose 30% of their purses and can’t win performance bonuses most times fighters miss weight is when they can’t cut any more weight without being hospitalized the only time I can think of a fighter internationally missing weight is when Mike Perry straight up said “I’m at 175 and i am not cutting anymore this fight deal with it” I love Izzy when he fights but dude carries himself like he doesn’t have any friends or a person who cares about him very confident but boarding on cocky glad Jan humbled him a bit
