Start by installing and activating the Invite Friends to Register plugin.
This will add a section under Settings called Invite Friends.
In there you can modify the email subject and message.
Users can invite their friends by going to Users, Invite Friends.
All they need to do is add their friend’s email and name.
If your site does not allow users to see the back end you can use the shortcode to display it on the front end [invite_friends]
