Summary of this Tutorial:
Start by installing and activating the WP Inject plugin.
Next go to Settings, WP Inject and configure the settings to the types of images you need.
Check the option to ‘Save Images to Server’ to ensure the images are on your site and do not need to be downloaded from Flickr for each page load.
With those set up when you open the post editor screen there will be a WP Inject meta box you can use to search for and add images.
