Summary of this Tutorial:

Start by installing and activating the Restrict Usernames Plugin.

This will add a new option under Users called “Name Restrictions”.

Simply add a list of restricted usernames or keywords in partial matching.

If a user attempts to register with a restricted username they will get an error.

This plugin will not modify any existing user.

    my goal is to use this on a single page of my website.
    -I want to let users choose a username. (that has not already been taken)
    -Ask them a couple questions
    -Then email me when this is completed.

    how would I go about this? any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
