This guy is more of an adult then most people I see on this show. He didn't get upset at being wrong and not doing things right. He owned up, apologized and wanted to do better. That is the real sign of an adult. I see so many grown children that are 30, 40, 50, 60, or even 70 years old that never could take any criticism or admit to any wrong doing. We are supposed to be highly educated and mature in the west but often I see the opposite.

Unfortunately people like Ken usually don't change. On camera he does his apology, but in the long run he needs to get over his insecurity, rage, and sense of entitlement. Those are VERY hard to fix.
