    thanks, chef john! everytime i roast gigot d'agneau (lamb leg), it's always a problem what to have it with, either with plain flageolet (canned) or pasta. boring! now i really thank you for this!!! 🙂

    mincing would give it a stronger flavor.The more you crush garlic the stronger it gets.

    Was this video originally 240p with horrible compression artefacting, or has YouTube downgraded its quality through the years?
