The artifacts are the best source of truth, and it's clear that Merrick Garland and the Biden Administration are afraid of the civil unrest that Trump threatens. This inherent weakness of character is embellished by the belief that the best way to deal with the crimes of the powerful is to forget about them and focus on doing good. This is the kind of weak-minded strategy that has been the hallmark of Biden's career. Trump and his minions will surely remain above the law because of this failure of leadership and Merrick Garland's failure to uphold the Rule of Law. And by the end of the day, it won't matter whether the Biden Administration is complicit, culpable or merely an unwitting dupe in this deadly threat to our great experiment in Democracy: it will be a distinction of no difference in wake from the demise of our way of life.
