I get the feeling the lawyer did it on purpose, not to get Alex, but for Alex to try & get some sort of overturn on the whole thing later for ineffective assistance of council or something.
Although the lawyer also can't knowlingly put anyone on the stand to lie & I'm assuming he would've been able to see the deposition where he lied before?

Here's what's fu(ked up: Had that been me or any other common joe, and had been caught lying under oath, (committing perjury like Alex Jones did) the bailiff would have been instructed to throw them cuffs on, and me or whoever would have been told to sit in jail until we decided not to lie any more under oath.
